Day 1: Diyarbakir Airport – Hotel
We pick up our valued guests from Diyabakir Airport at 01:15 and go to our hotel where we will stay.
Day 2: Diyarbakir – Ten Eyed Bridge – Hevsel Gardens – Malabadi Bridge – Zeynel Bey Tomb – Hasankeyf Boat Tour – Midyat – Midyat Old City – Midyat Municipality Guest House
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we see the Ten-Eyed Bridge, which is located on the Tigris River, as it has ten openings. After visiting the bridge, we visit the Zeynel Bey Tomb in Hasankeyf district, which was built for the son of Akkoyunlu ruler Uzun Hasan, who died in the Otlukbeli War in 1473, and we go on the Halfeti Boat tour. After our boat tour, we go to Midyat. we finish our tour.
Day 3: Mor Gabriel Monastery – Church of Saint Jacob - Kafro Village - Dara Ancient City
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we visit the Mor Gabriel Monastery (Deyrulumur Monastery), one of the famous and great works of the Syriac Ancient Community, built on a high hill covered with oak trees. We are visiting the Church of Saint Jacob. After visiting Kafro Village in Mardin Midyat district and having lunch, one of the most important settlements of Upper Mesopotamia in history, in Oğuz Village, 30 km southeast of Mardin, we started the initiatives of Emperor Anastasius in 505. We finish our tour with our visit to the ancient city of Dara, which was established as a military garrison city to protect the eastern border of the Roman Empire against the Sassanids, and then go to our hotel in Mardin, where we will stay.
Day 4: Dayrul Zaferan Monastery – Kasımiye Madrasa – Great Mosque – Eski Mardin – Abbaralar – Mor Benham Church – Mardin Houses
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we visit Dayrul Zaferan Monastery, which is an Assyrian Monastery and one of the important centers of the Assyrians. We visit the Kasımiye Madrasa, which has Artuqid architectural features, we see the Mardin Great Mosque, which is the symbol of Mardin with its sliced dome and minaret, and we visit the Kirklar Church, which was built in 569 by the Assyrians in the name of Mor Behnam and his sister Saro, and then we tour the Eski Mardin and Mardin Houses. We finish our tour with a visit to the rooms called 'abbara', which are built over the historical streets with a passage at the bottom, and go to our hotel in Şanlıurfa, where we will stay.
Day 5: Harran – Harran Dome Houses – Great Mosque – Historical Walls – Göbekli Tepe – Sira Night
After breakfast, we visit Harran, one of the world's first science centers and the first university established in the world, and the conical dome houses on the UNESCO world heritage tentative list. Then we visit the Şanlıurfa Great Mosque, the historical walls and Göbekli Tepe, the oldest known group of cult structures in the world, located near the village of Örencik. Then we return to our hotel and make our preparations for Sira night.
Day 6 : İçkale – Ayn Zeliha Lake – Abraham’s Cave – Balıklı Lake – Birecik – Halfeti Boat Trip
After our breakfast, we visit İçkale, Ayn Zeliha Lake, two lakes, and the Prophet Abraham's Cave located in the southwest of Şanlıurfa city center and located as the place where the Prophet Abraham fell when he was thrown into the fire, and then we make a visit to Balıklıgöl which is one of the most visited places in Şanlıurfa with its fish considered sacred to the Islamic world and the historical artifacts around it, and then start our journey to Birecik after lunch. We finish our day with Halfeti boat tour and start our journey to Gaziantep.
Day 7 : Gaziantep – Gaziantep Zeugma Mosaic Museum – Coppersmiths’ Bazaar – Baklava Manufactory – Tahmis Coffeehouse – Adyaman – Mount Nemrut Sunset
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we visit Gaziantep Zeugma Mosaic museum, which is a very important and popular museum for visitors of all ages who are interested in history and culture as well as art historians and archaeologists, then we visit the Coppersmiths' Bazaar and Baklava Manufactory, then we start our Mount Nemrut sunset tour after lunch. After our walking and bus tour, we start our return journey after seeing the Giant Statues of King Antiochos, Zeus, Apallon and Hercules. After seeing the Karakış Tumulus, where the tombs of the Commagene King Mithridates, his mother Isias, his sister Antiochis and his nephew Aka are located, and the Cendere Bridge, which was built by the Roman Emperor Septimius Severus for his wife and sons, we start our journey back to our hotel by watching the Sunset from the Altar. We have dinner at our hotel.
Day 8: Diyarbakir – Great Mosque - Tigris River - Historical Hasan Pasha Inn - Sülüklü Han - Caravanserai - Diyarbakır Walls - Şeyh Mutahhar Mosque (Four-Legged Minaret)
After our breakfast, we visit the Ulu Mosque, the oldest mosque in Anatolia, and then visit the Sheikh Mutahhar Mosque, which was built by Akkoyunlu Kasım Bey in 1500, with its minaret built on four pillars, and the Ödrt Footed Minaret, one of the interesting monuments, and then the Tigris River, Sülüklü Han, Kervansaray and Uludağ in Diyarbakır. We finish our tour with a visit to the Historical Hasan Paşa Han, located on Gazi Street, opposite the eastern entrance of the Mosque. We have dinner at our hotel.
Day 9 : Airport Transfer
Our flight will be very early in the morning, so we leave our hotel at around 23:00. We say goodbye to you, our valued guests, until the next Yes Tour Organization.
